- Art of Living Course In addition to our general adults course, the Art of Living Course is also offered at Om West in a kids version (ages 8-12) and a version for teens (ages 13-17).
This course, also designed by the Art of Living Foundation, gives you an initiation into the sacred practice of mantra meditation as practised for millenniums by the masters of the yoga tradition.
Learning Yoga Philosophy
This course allows you to dive deep in the wisdom of yoga as laid out in the classical text: Yoga Sutras of Patanjali. This practical knowledge is studied in interactive group discussions and is designed to give us an in-depth understanding of the mind, it's patterns, its tendencies and how to overcome them.
